At Look of Lux, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You can expect delivery within 7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays.

Return Policy:

We want you to love your Look of Lux products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@lookofluxbeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
